Leisure tips

An excellent location!

Friedrichshafen, the trade fair town on Lake Constance. A transportation hub for air, rail and ships. Whether you're travelling on four or two wheels or on your own two feet, the town is the ideal starting point for excursions in the region. Friedrichshafen is known as the birthplace of the zeppelin airship. The Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen houses the world's largest collection on aviation and is the only museum in Germany to combine technology and art - worth seeing. In the Dornier Museum, you will experience the history of aviation and aerospace from a new, very personal perspective. Just fancy a stroll? The promenade in Friedrichshafen is one of the longest and most beautiful on Lake Constance. Lakeside view guaranteed! The hostel is only 50 m away from Lake Constance, at the Rotachbrücke bridge, on the eastern edge of the town. The Lake Constance cycle path runs right past the hostel.
